Coconut and passion fruit : Crunchy crumble and coconut praline, whipped coconut ganache, with a hint of passion fruit.

100% buckwheat : Buckwheat financier, buckwheat praline, white chocolate cream infused with buckwheat, buckwheat crispy.

Chocolate and chestnut : Chocolate fondant with Ardèche chestnut cream.

Exotic : Joconde biscuit with tropical fruit compote (mango, passion fruit, pineapple) and lime zest.

Gingerbread and mandarin : Gingerbread, Corsican mandarin jam, lemon cream with a touch of Grand Marnier.

Dark berries and chestnut : Almond tartlet with blueberry and blackcurrant jam, vanilla whipped ganache, Ardèche chestnut cream.
